Good morning,
I hope you have awaken this morning content and inspired to reach for your own true self and nature. I know that many of us are just surviving, but that doesn’t mean you can’t work on having gratitude and an open heart to share with others that cross your path today. My heart is open this morning and I have gratitude for what I have today, small and big. I hope to inspire you to find your gratitude wherever you can. For there are always things I can find to be thankful for in my life. I remember at one time in recovery I would thank my God for my eyes, my ears and my limbs. These seem trivial, but they aren’t really in the bigger scheme of my life. Where would I be without such gifts. If I can remain in the solution and the present today things won’t be so overwhelming and difficult to grasp. Today I am just plain thankful for my life and all that encompasses my life, you and my little world. I look for hope and guidance in all things today. I love walking in the woods and always have. There is so much life in all of nature and quite simply gratitude even though I can’t see it or feel it; it just is. In nature life isn’t take for granted, but grasped on to for dear life, thus knowing that life can change in an instant. I don’t have to worry about being literally stepped on, but all things outside of myself have such worries. I am thankful for you and my being present and able to write for you today whether you agree or don’t; it doesn’t matter to me. I am just the messenger and try to not carry the mess that sometimes is life is when I am not present in the moment. You inspire me to do better everyday even though you don’t know it. Thank you for your help. I certainly need all of the guidance and love I can get today. I am grateful for all the knowledge that is available to me for the taking; nothing else is required except choice and willingness.
Lastly I will stop and listen and be thankful for what I can feel, hear and see today, living in the moment, which my God has given so freely to me.
